The first meeting of City Council’s Task Force on the Commission of Architectural Review (CAR) is scheduled for Thursday, 3 September 2009. The meeting will take place from 4:00 to 6:00 PM in the auditorium of the Richmond Fire Department Headquarters, 201 East Franklin Street. Subsequent meetings of the Task Force are planned at the same location on the first Thursday of each month through February 2010.
